By using this website or sending us an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

We supply licensed importers, distributors, pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, veterinary practices and NGOs. Individuals may order for personal use only against a valid prescription and only where the law of their country permits it.

Prescription-only medicines are dispatched only after we receive a valid prescription or the relevant licence. We may refuse or cancel any order we believe would not comply with the law.

An order sent through this website is a request for quotation, not a confirmed sale. A contract is formed only when you accept our proforma invoice and we confirm the order. Prices, availability, batches and expiry dates are confirmed in the quotation.

Payment terms and bank details are given on the proforma invoice. No payment is taken on this website. Beware of anyone asking you to pay to an account not shown on our official invoice.

You are responsible for making sure the products can be legally imported into your country and for any import permits, duties and taxes, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

The content and design of this website belong to Vintex Global. Product and brand names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we supply.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by customs, couriers or events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
