Tofacitinib 11mg Jaknat XR Tablet is a tablet in our Rheumatology & Orthopaedic range, used for rheumatoid arthritis (once daily).

Jaknat XR 11mg Tablet (Tofacitinib (11mg)) is a class of medication called immunomodulators which are intended for oral use only. Jaknat XR 11mg Tablet is used to treat Rheumatoid arthritis, Psoriatic arthritis, and ulcerative colitis by inhibiting the action of the enzyme, Janus Kinase and helps to reduces the inflammation, pain, tenderness, and swelling in the joints. Jaknat XR 11mg Tablet (Tofacitinib (11mg)) is used in the treatment for the following condition such as Rheumatoid arthritis It is a chronic inflammatory disorder this will mainly affect joints in the hands and feet. Here our body's immune system attacks its healthy tissue including joints. Symptoms include tender, warm and swollen joints, joint stiffness and fatigue, fever, and loss of appetite. Psoriatic arthritis It is a type of inflammatory arthritis that usually occurs in a patient who already has a skin condition called psoriasis. It is an autoimmune condition it occurs when your body’s immune system mistakenly attacks your healthy tissues. Symptoms include swollen fingers and toes, foot pain, lower back pain, fatigue, stiffness and tiredness in the morning, scaly skin on your knees, elbows, and scalp. Ulcerative colitis It is an inflammatory bowel disease that causes irritation and ulcers in the digestive tract. It affects the innermost lining of your large intestine and rectum. Symptoms include diarrhea with blood and pus, abdominal pain and cramping, rectal pain, rectal bleeding, weight loss, fatigue, and fever.
